-The RBC Inducts 29 Young Professionals in the 2020 – 2021 Leadership 100-
ST. LOUIS - On September 16, 2020, the St. Louis Regional Business Council (RBC) inducted 29 outstanding new members into the 2020-2021 Young Professionals Network (YPN) – Leadership 100. This year’s induction ceremony was held virtually due to the COVID-19 and it was a huge success.
The distinguished group of 29 inductees into the Leadership 100 cohort are as diverse in backgrounds as they are in professional aspirations. Representing 23 of the region’s most influential companies, inductees work in a range of fields including health care, finance, real estate, higher education, construction, legal, and marketing.
Each year, 100 outstanding participants are recognized from the general YPN membership to take part in the Leadership 100 cohort. Cohort members are chosen based on leadership and community service. The leaders are provided professional, cultural, and community service opportunities that offer unique experiences and engagement in St. Louis.
Launched in 2008, YPN was formed to attract and retain ethnically diverse professionals in the St. Louis business community. Twelve years later, with over 4,200 diverse members, the YPN has developed into St. Louis’s premier young professional organization. YPN provides members with opportunities for business, social networking, professional development, and community involvement.
