Mentor Network

Every academic year, each of the schools of business and engineering in the HEC hand-select students based on criteria that includes academic performance, leadership outside the classroom and willingness to stay and work in the St. Louis business community. These students are then individually paired with a CEO or top executive of an RBC company to receive practical, “real world” knowledge and post-graduate opportunities.

International Student Program

Through the efforts and support of the St. Louis Mosaic Project, the RBC works strategically to make connections between companies in St. Louis and international students in order to retain top foreign-born talent from our partner universities to help make St. Louis a better and more diverse place to live.

Young Professionals Network

The Regional Business Council launched the Young Professionals Network in 2008 to attract, retain and develop a highly-skilled diverse workforce in the St. Louis Region. Learn More.
